Terms of Use
1. Acceptance
These Terms govern access to and use of software and services operated under the Kanpai name. By accessing a Kanpai-operated tool, the user agrees to these Terms.
2. Description of the services
Kanpai develops and operates private software for digital publishing, scheduling, analytics, workflow automation, and related administrative functions. Features may include connecting authorized accounts and Pages, scheduling and publishing posts and comments, displaying publishing results, and retrieving Page or post performance information.
3. Authorized access
Access is limited to authorized users. A user may connect or manage only accounts, Pages, businesses, and digital properties for which the user has valid permission. The user is responsible for maintaining the security of credentials, devices, and connected accounts.
4. Platform rules
Use of Kanpai tools must comply with the terms, policies, permissions, and technical restrictions of each connected platform. Platform availability, APIs, permissions, metrics, and publishing behavior may change without notice.
5. Acceptable use
A user must not:
- access or connect a property without authorization;
- circumvent permissions, security controls, rate limits, or platform restrictions;
- use the services to publish unlawful, deceptive, infringing, or abusive content;
- interfere with the operation or security of Kanpai systems;
- sell, sublicense, reverse engineer, or provide unauthorized third-party access to the services.
6. User content
The user retains responsibility for content submitted through the services and confirms that the user has the rights and permissions necessary to publish it. The user grants Kanpai only the limited permission required to process and deliver the content as instructed.
7. Availability and changes
Kanpai may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue features. Kanpai does not guarantee uninterrupted operation or the continued availability of any third-party integration, permission, metric, or API.
8. Security and suspension
Access may be suspended or terminated where Kanpai reasonably believes an account has been compromised, used without authorization, used in breach of these Terms, or poses a risk to the service or a connected platform.
9. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the services are provided on an "as available" basis without warranties of uninterrupted operation, error-free publishing, platform availability, or particular business results.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kanpai is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from platform changes, service interruptions, failed publication, unauthorized account use, lost data, or decisions based on analytics.
11. Privacy and deletion
Information is processed as described in the Privacy Policy. Deletion requests may be submitted through the Data Deletion page.
12. Changes to these Terms
These Terms may be updated as the services, platform requirements, or legal obligations change. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms where permitted by law.
